KC CASH (Creating Assets Savings & Hope) is broad-based Kansas City coalition of government- and community-based organizations, financial and educational institutions, and the business community. Through the IRS-sponsored Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, KC CASH offers free tax preparation of federal and state returns to low- and moderate-income working families in the Kansas City metro area.
